- Appointment of quality Team region wise.
- Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity & Quality.
- Comprehensive mapping of the Data bank from complete value chain.
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- Daily reporting to NSM/PRESIDENT
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
