More than 5 years – We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager Used Car to assign and direct all work performed in the State/ Region/ Center and to supervise all areas of operation – Will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper State/ Region/ Center operation.
Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring targets are met and adhering to cost budgets
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR – Quantity & Quality
- Proactively identify changes in USED CAR market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
- Partnership with DSA/ Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management
- Portfolio Management
- Appointment of quality sales force as per business plan
- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
- With an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire USED CAR process
